Click the play button on the 3 videos below, to see what kind of job fairs the Texas Workforce Commission should be coordinating for their Project RIO and "Traditionally- Non-RIO-Eligible" customers...SO WHY DON'T THEY?...because, they (TWC) are not genuinely interested in helping jobseekers that have been "touched" by the criminal justice system, over the long run...they are only interested in promoting and administering short-sighted, "band-aid", programs whenever they receive sporadic grant/subsidy money. But, over the long haul, TWC (Workforce Solutions) is not interested in instituting infrastructural changes that will provide permanent relief to the jobseekers' feeling of being...invisible to the TWC system.
